You might want to tell the young boys working the kiosk in the front to be a little more mindful of their words to customers who don’t wish to sign up for a “promotion” going on. Maybe instead of saying “makes sense” sarcastically when I say I’m not interested, possibly a simple “that’s fine” or “no problem” would suffice. Will not be using this car wash in the future. Would rather go somewhere my business is valued.
